Supported test platforms

Participants without a compatible mobile device indicated in the survey do not receive mobile access. Emulators are unsupported. For specific hardware, memory and storage recommendations, use system requirements.
Access across devices
Selected testers receive PC access. Mobile access is assigned to iOS or Android using the survey’s device information. Progress carries between PC and mobile when using the same HoYoverse Account. Device binding restricts changing devices; read the official FAQ before installing or altering your device.
These rules apply to the Final Beta. Release storefronts are listed in the pre-registration guide; beta support does not establish additional console launch support.
Release storefronts and Switch 2
Launch pre-registration is listed on Epic Games Store, App Store and Google Play. Reservations and test eligibility serve different purposes; a store listing does not grant beta access.
The ESRB rating record lists Windows PC and Nintendo Switch 2. This establishes a rating-board platform listing, not a confirmed Switch 2 release date, Final Beta access or PC/Switch 2 cross-save support. The release timeline separates the announced launch window from exact-day claims.
