Where to get the test client

The Final Beta is now underway, but its client is not publicly available to everyone. If you were selected, open Check Access on the official website or follow the installation instructions in your official invitation. The September 19 official guide provides separate PC, iOS and Android flows. This site does not host a client, APK or mirror.

A store pre-registration and a selected beta invitation serve different purposes. Do not expect a pre-registration confirmation to act as a test download entitlement.

Before installing

Check the beta device recommendations. The FAQ binds access to the first devices used, and limits an account to one PC and one mobile device. Changing a bound device or making certain system changes can result in suspension. Read the original rules before choosing your test devices.

PC, iOS and Android access

The Final Beta supports Windows PC, iOS and Android. The official FAQ says selected participants receive PC access, while mobile access is assigned as either iOS or Android from the device information supplied in the sign-up survey. An eligible account should follow its assigned official route; the platform list does not make the client a public download.

Windows PC

1. Open Check Access on the official website or use the launcher link in the invitation email.
2. Download and install the official game launcher.
3. In the launcher, choose Get Game, then select the download location and install the client.
4. Sign in with the HoYoverse Account that received access, choose the assigned server and start the test.

iOS through TestFlight

1. Use the TestFlight invitation sent to the email address supplied in the sign-up survey.
2. Install Apple’s TestFlight app from the App Store.
3. Open the official invitation email and choose View in TestFlight. If requested, redeem the invitation code from the email.
4. Install Petit Planet in TestFlight, then sign in with the HoYoverse Account that received access.

The official guide warns that each TestFlight invitation is valid for one recipient and can only be redeemed once. Do not forward or buy an invitation.

Android

1. Open Check Access on the official website or use the Android link in the invitation email.
2. Follow that official link to download the test APK and acknowledge the Android security prompt if shown.
3. Install the client and sign in with the HoYoverse Account that received access.

Android’s package format does not make an APK from an unofficial mirror safe or eligible. Use only the account-bound official route.

If installation fails

• Recheck the Final Beta device requirements, including the required free storage and unsupported-emulator rule.
• Keep the installer and client on the first devices you intend to bind. Hardware replacement, operating-system reinstallation, mobile OS upgrades or factory resets may be recognized as a device change during the test.
• Confirm that the login account matches the account granted access and that the selected server is the assigned server.
• For an unresolved official-client problem, contact planetcs_en@hoyoverse.com; do not try a shared build or another account.
